Ⅰ. Product Working principle of vacuum frying machine

Fruit and vegetable crisp chips are made of fresh fruits and vegetables as the main raw materials, edible vegetable oil as the thermal medium, low temperature vacuum frying (VF) and other advanced technologies, which can quickly dehydrate and dry in a very short time, and obtain fruits and vegetables with very low moisture content. They have low oil content, crisp but not greasy. They preserve the original shape, color, aroma and taste of fruits and vegetables, and are rich in vitamins, minerals, fibers, etc. Various nutritional components, with low sugar, low salt, low fat, low heat and other characteristics.

Liuyi's Vacuum Fryer is PLC control and energy saving.

The machine uses Mitsubishi control system. The system adopts PLC programming control, which can be converted from automatically to manually. In the automatic state, the temperature, pressure, time and speed can be automatic controlled.
It is fully automatic computer control from feeding to de-oiling. 1 person can operate 5 sets.

Ⅵ. Packing
1. Packing:
1) All machines which need packaged will be covered by film then put into the export standard wooden pallet, use the cystosepiment to prevent breaking on ship.
2) The wooden cases will be fixed inside the container tightly by the rope.
3) Export standard wooden pallet will be used for easy unloading for customers.

2. Shipping:
1) We select the direct ship for sending the machines to customers within shortest time as we can. And all main BL for ensuring the safety of the machines.
2) We update the shipping information to customer in time.
